Piccola struttura perfettamente inserita nel verde dell'appennino toscoemiliano a due passi dal bcino di suviana. L'area dove si consumano i pasti è ombreggiata da alberi pergolati e ombrelloni e il clima è fresco anche a pranzo in questo caldo luglio. Io e mia moglie abbiamo pranzato con altre due coppie di amici in un giorno feriale poco affollato di altri avventori. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. Primi piatti molto buoni, tagiatelle con ragù o con cinghiale e tortelli burro e salvia. Di secondo cinghiale in umido buonissimo. Porzioni generose e prezzi più che onesti in un contesto veramente gradevole. Da provare.

Arrivi in questo posto e hai quasi l'impressione di essere stato catapultato a casa di qualche folletto del bosco... l'atmosfera che si respira è questa...almeno per me. Chiosco molto curato in mezzo al verde, dove Monica in cucina prepara cose deliziose (polenta fritta in modo esemplare- scamone panato, tenerissimo e saporito, ottimo filetto di maiale al tartufo e delle patatine chips fatte in casa da urlo! Per non parlare poi della torta ricotta, arance e cioccolato che era davvero una delizia!) Poi abbiamo Matteone, indimenticabile, che con maestria e spontaneità gira per i tavoli, accogliendoti in maniera professionale ma informale,.con qualche battuta qua e là, parlando bene della sua cugina che è la cuoca sopraffina, e poi, seppur discretamente essenziale c'è Tiziana che essendo del mestiere riesce ad organizzare tavoli, prenotazioni, prende ordinazioni...insomma davvero un posto dove tornare...un posto dove stai bene, immerso quasi in una bolla, per un'oretta o due, dove staccare da tutto e dove si respira una buona allegria, gioco di squadra e dove tutto scorre come deve, per fare star bene chi è ospite. Grazie a tutto lo staff del Chiosco Arche' torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi

Ho pranzato con mio marito in questo chiosco una domenica di fine luglio e nonostante ci fossero molte persone il servizio è stato rapido ed efficiente! Il menù è semplice, ma ben eseguito, noi abbiamo scelto un antipasto, un primo e il dolce, tutte le portate sono state ottime ed abbondanti e ci ha soddisfatto la qualità delle materie prime! Anche la location è bella. Davvero consigliato per un pranzo vicino al lago di Suviana!
